Narrator Youjun:   It was a wonderfully radiant Christmas morning, and the students were bustling with excitement as they decorated their classroom to embrace the festive spirit. 

G3 Line 3:   “C’mon~ party will start in a minute! Let’s fill this room with Christmas spirit~”

Narrator Youjun:   Everyone was excited about Christmas.  In the spirit of Christmas, one asked,  

G3 Jinwoo, Woosung:    “Isn’t it nice to have friends to share Christmas with?” 

Narrator Youjun:    In the spirit of Christmas, all said, 

G3 Line 3:    “Yeah, sure is”

G3 Elsa:    “Oh, it is so lovely to host a party for our grade 3 class~”    

G3-Eric:   “I wonder where they are, 

G3-Line 3:   It’s about time they arrived” 

Narrator Youjun:    And they came, singing a happy BIS Song, 

We here at BIS, Let’s march into the world and share God’s love,

We open all our hearts,

To our divine mission,

Let God’s great providence 

Be revealed in us.

G3 Line 1 and 2:    “Hello~ Merry Christmas~”

G3 Line 3:   “Hello, family and friends! Welcome to our BIS Grade 3 Christmas party”

G3 Line 1:    “Thanks for inviting us~"

G3 Line 2:    “As a present, we prepared a little dance for you.”

G3 Line 3:  Oh~ Goodie! Can’t wait to see!

G3 Blue:  Are you ready for grade 3?

G3 Red and Yellow:  Yeah, Yeah, Let’s Go~!

Narrator Youjun:    Thank you~ (if the audience does not clap, encourage them to applaud with a hand gesture)

(All, take a bow)

G3 Line 3:   “Here, have a seat right here.”

G3 ?:    “We were just finishing up the decoration” 

Narrator Youjun:   G3 set the decorations on the table, and placed the baby Jesus in the center.

G3 Line 1 & 2:   “What’s that?”  

G3 Eric, Woosung, Daniel:  Baby Jesus~

Narrator Youjun:  At that moment, one student let out a big sigh.

G3 Kayla, Namin, Haneul, Doha:   (sigh)“You know~, It looks good and all,

                                       But  I wish we had the real Jesus, not a figment."

G3 Red:   “True…. I wish we had real Jesus with us, here…”

G3 Blue:    “Well, then, let’s go this minute and,

G3 Yellow:   “Find the real Jesus this Christmas!”

G3 ALL:   “Yeah, Let’s do that!” 

Narrator Youjun:   "G3 donned their caps and warm scarves before setting out in search of Jesus. 

                        The cold wind meandered through the bare trees, causing their noses to water and their bodies to shiver."

G3 Yellow:    “Hey guys, let’s sing a song to warm ourselves up” 

G3 Red, Blue:  “Yeah, yeah, that’s a good idea!”

Narrator Youjun:   so, they sang.

Narrator Youjun:   They finally made it to the end of the tunnel, and all shouted with great joy!

G3 Blue:  YES~! End of the tunnel~! 

G3 ALL:  We made it~!

Grinch Jinwoo, Kayla:     “Ha~ End of the tunnel?  

Grinches Haneul:  We will not let you out of this place!  

Grinches Kayla, Jinwoo:   “We don’t want you to find God.”  

Narrator Youjun:   a dark, scary, grinch-like voice said. Grade 3 wondered.

G3 ALL:   “Why not?” 

Grinches (Haenul):     “Well, because we are the enemy of God!” 

Grinches (Kayla, Jinwoo):   “We don’t want you getting closer to God!”

G3 ALL:   “ Well, we love our God!

              “Nothing can stop us!”

Grinches all:  “Let’s see about that!”

G3 ALL:    They are mean, they are really, really mean!

Grinch Kayla:     "Ha, nonsense! Do you think we're going to stop you from searching for God with spiders and dirty socks?"

Grinch Jinwoo, Haneul:     “We are the smart ones, We don’t work like that. 

Grinches all:  Music!  hit it~”

       Grinch Haneul, Kayla:   “Here, take this iPhone 15 pro, 

Grinch Jinwoo:   or this amazing Samsung foldable phone.  

Grinch Kayla, Haneul:   The cutting-edge technology. 

Grinches all:   It is the latest kind..”

G3 ALL:  “Ooh!!! Give me, give me”

(Grinch music plays as the phone is thrown to the students.)

(After tossing the phones, the Grinch sits in front and smiles mockingly)

Grinch Haneul, Kayla:     “Now you can fiddle with that phone for hours and hours, like the whole~~~~~~ day,

Grinch Jinwoo:  And forget all about ever wanting to find God.”

(Grinches move to the side of the stage on the steppers. Narrator reads)

Narrator Youjun:    As if enchanted, the students forgot all about their quest to find their God and instead spent hours upon hours, day after day, playing games and watching YouTube on their phones.

(when the narrator says ‘time flew and flew’ Time Dancers enter dancing, with the time.)

Narrator Youjun:  Time flew and flew.  The time was dancing away from their lives.

G3 Blue:    “Oh my goodness!!!! Look at the time!!!!

Narrator Youjun:   Everyone looked at their watch in great dismay, and all said,

G3 ALL:   “Uh oh! 

G3 Red:   What have we done with our precious time!?!”

Narrator Youjun:    They were lost, they were scared,  they didn’t know what to do...

G3 Yellow:   “Hey guys, I forgot why we are here in the first place”

G2 Red and Blue:   Me too ….

Angel 1st line:   “Hello~ BIS friends.  I hear that you are in search of God, and you are lost,”

G3 ALL:   “Who are you? How do you know us?”

Angel 2nd line:    “We are the angels, God sent us to you.” 

G3 ALL: “What? Angels?”

Narrator Youjun:    They were so surprised.

Angel 1st line:    “He was pleased that you were in search of God.  God told us to help you guys, that you are lost.”

G3 ALL:     “So,  where is he?”

Narrator Youjun:   The students looked here and there to find where God is.

Angel 2nd line:   “He is already here, he has always been with you”

G3 ALL: “What? I don’t see Him~”

Angel 1st line:   "Here, our Head Angel, Mr. Yoon, will be happy to assist you with your questions."

Narrator Youjun:  Right then, came another culture. Another big obstacle.

Grinches Jinwoo, Haneul:  We will capture your heart with our artistry. 

Grinches Kayla:  There's a reason we've named this kind of people 'the idols.'

Grinches Jinwoo, Haneul:  You won't be able to resist them.

G3 ALL: We are on a quest to find our God!

G3 ALL:  No, my mom said to do the homework first.

Grinches Haneul, Kayla:  Your mom is not here right now.  

Grinches Jinwoo:  She will never find out~

G3 ALL:  No, God said to obey your parents…

Angel Leah, Taein:  "You, whom God loves so deeply that He gave His only Son, Jesus Christ, for you.

Angel Sofia, Doha:  "BIS students, you are the light and salt of this world."

G3 Red: "No, Light, go away!"

G3 Yellow: “I am broken…. I’ve failed….

G3 Blue, Red:  “I am no good for God…Go away…” (starts to sob)

Narrator Youjun:  “Thank you, Jesus! For coming to us to bear the cross for our sins!” 

G3 Red: “We were already forgiven,” 

G3 Yellow:  “Your love was the same, 

               Even when we failed..”

G3 Blue:  “Thank you, Jesus!" 

G3 All:  "You are our LIVING HOPE!”

Narrator Youjun:  We might fall, but we will get up again! 

                        Because Jesus has written the end for us!  

G3 ALL:  The victory is ours! 

Narrator Youjun:  because Jesus has won the battle for us!!
