MC G1 Jian: Today we will hear beautiful music, fun dances, and amazing talents!

MC G1 Bora: Let’s begin our concert with the warm sound of cello~ 

MC G1 Sarah:  Please welcome grade 3 Joy.

MC G1 Jian: She will be playing Minuet number 2 by J.S. Bach

MC G1 Chloe, Jiwoo, Aila:  Wow, that was so beautiful!

MC G1 Aila:  How did you learn to play the cello so nicely?

G5 Isabella:  I practiced every day and listened carefully.

MC G1 Jiwoo:  Thank you for the great advice.  I will try that too.

G5 Isabella:  Good, I’m glad.   Next, please welcome Grade 5 dancer to the stage as she performs her dance to Focus by Hearts2Hearts.

MC G1 Bora:  Sorry to disappoint you, but there's a change in our performance. 

MC G1 Chaeyi:  What? what is going on?

MC G1 Jian:  Our dancer is not feeling well, so there's no solo dance. 

MC G1 Sarah:  Oh no! What fun is it without the solo dance?

MC G1 Bora:  No worries, we will show you our dance.  Music cue!~

MC G1 Jian:  BIS family and friends, get ready for our next performance.

MC G1 Bora:  Sound of elegance, the violin performance. 

MC. Everyone:  Grade 3 Elsa, Gavotte (가보트) by Gossec (고섹)

MC G1 Elena:  That was so elegant!

MC G1 Ella:  Was it hard to play the violin?

G3 Elsa:  Yes, but I kept practicing.

MC G1 Elena:  Amazing job!

G3 Elsa:  Next, we have a very special performance.

MC All:  Please welcome Eden from Grade 5 for a magic show!

MC G1 Henry:  Wow! That was magic!

MC G1 Olivia (to performer): Can you tell us your secret?

G5 Eden:  It’s a secret! 😊

MC G1 Henry:  Aww~ I want to learn magic too!

G5 Eden:  Well… I can tell you this—magic is in working hard and not giving up.
Perseverance is the real magic in our lives.

Just like at school, we practice and improve.
For example, we didn’t know how to play the ukulele before, but now our Grade 5 class can play an amazing piece called In the Hall of the Mountain King by Edvard Grieg, along with the soul of Korea, Arirang. 

MC G1 Olivia:  You mean working hard is magic?

G5 Eden:  Yes! When things get hard, don’t quit—keep going and reach your goal. That’s the magic inside us.

MC G1 Henry & Olivia:  Let’s hear the magic!  Please welcome our Grade 5 ukulele group!

MC Hwon:  Thank you for your warm applause.

MC Mikael:  We really enjoyed preparing this piece for you.

What’s even more exciting is that one of the dances you’re about to see was choreographed by their homeroom teacher, Ms. Jacky Kim.

MC G3 Ely:  Please welcome Grade 5 Isaac as he performs on the harp.

MC G1 Sarah (to Isaac):  How do you make it sound so lovely?

Isaac:  I practice a lot, and I try to feel the music.

MC G1 All:  Beautiful!

Isaac:  Now, get ready to feel the excitement of a virtuoso piano performance.

MC G1 Sarah:  Virtuoso? What does that mean?

Isaac: A virtuoso is someone who is very, very good at playing an instrument.

MC G1 Theo & Sarah:  Really? We can’t wait to hear it!

Isaac:  Please welcome Grade 5 June as he performs Galactica by Dennis Alexander.

MC G1 Olivia:  Wow, June! That was amazing!

MC G1 Olivia:  I’m going to be your number one fan from now on!

Now, Our concert is almost coming to an end, but we want to keep the energy going with a fun dance performance.
